Delivery & Installation Terms & Conditions
It is the customers responsibility to ensure there is adequate access for the product ordered to be delivered. Please call us for any information about product dimensions. Removal of fence panels etc., distance over 50m may result in additional costs.
Your base must be solid and level for us to install your shed to the proper standard.
Our installers will check the level of your base on the day of delivery.
If your base is not solid or level there are the following 3 options:
1. We can return at a later date to install a suitable base, there is a charge for this service.
2. We can leave the product stacked at the premises and revisit to install once the base has been corrected. There is a charge of £50 for any revisit due to an inadequate base.
3. If directed by the customer we will install the product on the area provided (if possible) ). This will void the warranty. Where we are installing a base the area must be clear and level
General Terms & Conditions
Delivery is free in the North West c30miles.
Any delivery date or delivery time is only an estimate and is no way binding. We may arrive earlier or later than stated.
If we are unable to deliver due to extreme weather conditions, then we will reschedule your delivery without cost.
Treatment: Your shed is tanalised, (which is more resistant to rot, fungus, mould, and insects), you must apply a quality timber
waterproofing (once dry) to prevent water ingress, failure to do this may invalidate warranty.
